As if there aren't enough reasons to stop smoking, scientists have found yet another reason why you should kick the habit.

Researchers have discovered that heavy smoking increases the risk of advanced kidney cancer.

The study reviewed over 800 patients who had undergone surgery for kidney cancer and found that smokers were one and a half times more likely to have advanced cancer than non smokers.

Heavy smoking can also lead to higher rates of bladder cancer.

Smoking can also hinder your ability to reach your highest level of fitness training.  If you're a smoker, or have quit smoking and want to get into better shape, a personal trainer can definitely help!  If you make the commitment to getting a personal trainer, make sure that they've been certified by the American Academy of Personal Training.  The American Academy of Personal Training, can prepare you to live a healthy, happy life!
